What’s New in the 2026 Model
The Q-Star Tour 6 is a three-piece urethane ball with a 74 compression rating — lower than a Pro V1, noticeably softer than a Z-Star. Two key updates this generation:
- Firmer FastLayer core — reworked for more resilience at impact, producing better ball speed without pushing the compression higher.
- Thinner urethane cover with Spin Skin+ coating — physically bites into club grooves on short game shots to increase friction and greenside spin. More spin than the previous model.
The familiar 338 Speed Dimple pattern carries over unchanged — it works, so they left it alone.
