Callaway’s Chrome Tour June Major Sets Sail for the US Open

Callaway has been doing limited-edition Chrome Tour balls for the majors this year, and the third one might be the best looking yet. The Chrome Tour June Major is a nautical-themed sleeve built for the US Open’s trip to Shinnecock Hills — and if you play Chrome Tour, it’s available right now.

The Design

Shinnecock Hills sits in the Hamptons on Long Island’s South Fork — coastal, nautical, wind-battered. Callaway leaned into it. The June Major features a lighthouse, compass, ship’s wheel, and a sailboat across the ball and packaging. The outer box and individual sleeves match the theme throughout. It’s genuinely well done — the kind of thing you’d actually want sitting on your desk after the round.

What’s Under the Graphics

The same 2026 Chrome Tour ball that’s been topping robot distance tests this year. Four-piece urethane construction, stiffer Tour Fast Mantle for improved ball speed, same greenside spin characteristics. The artwork is the only thing that changed — the performance is full tour spec.

Worth noting: this one is Chrome Tour only. If you play Chrome Tour X, Triple Diamond, or Soft, you’re sitting this drop out. As Callaway’s MyGolfSpy coverage put it, you’re watching from the dock.

Price and Availability

$59.99 a dozen, available from June 11. Same price as the standard Chrome Tour — you’re not paying a premium for the graphics. This is the third limited edition of 2026, following the Augusta and Philadelphia versions earlier in the year.

Limited editions disappear. If you play Chrome Tour and want a sleeve before the US Open, sooner is better than later.
